Adventures in the kitchen ... Spend 5 days with us, arriving on a Wednesday afternoon. You will be welcomed with a refreshing beverage and shown to your very comfortable room.

Pre-dinner drinks will be served in the Garden or Salon at 7.30 p.m. As the sun begins to set, you will begin to enjoy several very light courses which will marry traditional French cuisine with the delights of the modern day. Each course will be accompanied by a wine of fine quality enhancing your enjoyment of the evening.

Breakfast is an interesting array of jams, compotes, honeys, breads and fresh fruits, cereal and lots of welcome edible surprises.

Thursday morning is when the cookery classes begin at approx 10.30 a.m., when we will begin by creating food which is typical of the region and easy for you to produce at home for your dinner parties.

We will show you how to become organised in the kitchen and utilise your preparation time to perfection. So you can present your food in an appetising and delicious style. (more...)
